What does the handover process involve?
When your arrangement begins, one of our team members will meet you at the agreed location with the vehicle. We go through the condition of the car together, walk you through the controls, and answer any questions before you head off. The same process happens in reverse at return.
Can I request a specific sedan model?
We maintain a fleet of sedan-class vehicles and can often accommodate preferences around size, colour, or brand family. Just mention your preference when you send your enquiry and we'll let you know what's available for your dates.
What are the documentation requirements?
We require a valid Malaysian driving licence (or an International Driving Permit for visitors). A copy of your identification document and a signed rental agreement are standard. We'll send you the exact checklist once your dates are confirmed.
Does the Weeklong arrangement include a driver?
Our arrangements are self-drive. Door-step delivery means we bring the vehicle to you and collect it at the end — but the driving is yours to manage. If you need a chauffeur arrangement, do mention it in your enquiry and we can discuss options separately.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reaching out at least 3–5 working days ahead of your intended start date. During busy periods such as public holidays or major Melaka events, earlier is better to avoid disappointment.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are outlined in the rental agreement provided at confirmation. Generally, changes made more than 48 hours before the start of your arrangement can be handled with minimal difficulty. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and aim to be reasonable.
Are the prices inclusive of insurance?
Standard third-party insurance coverage is included in all arrangement prices. Comprehensive cover or additional protection options can be discussed when you enquire — we'll outline exactly what each option covers and its cost.
