Our approach to every arrangement
We follow the same steps regardless of which tier you choose. The vehicle class and duration vary; the process doesn't.
Enquiry
You send us your dates, preferred arrangement, and any particular requirements. We confirm availability within one working day.
Confirmation
We send you the rental agreement and documentation checklist. Review at your own pace — nothing is rushed to signature.
Handover
At the agreed location, we do a vehicle walk-through together, document the condition, and make sure you're comfortable before you leave.
Return
At the end of the arrangement, we do a return inspection together and close out the rental. Weeklong arrangements include a written summary.

Half-Day Premium Sedan

A half-day arrangement with a premium sedan-class vehicle, suited for client meetings, formal lunches, or special outings in and around Melaka. Includes a courteous handover and a quiet familiarisation session before departure.

Three-Day Premium Sedan

A three-day arrangement with a premium sedan, suited for a multi-day executive visit or extended travel across the region. Includes scheduled cleaning between days and a dedicated point of contact throughout the rental period.

Weeklong Premium Sedan

A seven-day premium sedan rental with door-step delivery and pickup. Vehicle valet is available between days on request. At the close of the arrangement, a written summary report is prepared documenting condition, mileage, and any relevant notes.

Client information is kept for rental administration only. Nothing is shared commercially or retained beyond what's required.
Consistent Vehicle Presentation
Each vehicle is cleaned to a consistent standard before handover. Multi-day arrangements include scheduled cleaning as part of the arrangement.
Support During the Arrangement
Your dedicated contact is reachable during operating hours throughout your rental period for questions or practical matters.
