Petralune was set up by a small team with backgrounds in executive travel and fleet management. We noticed that most rental options in the region were either budget-focused or aimed at volume — and that the in-between space, the person who needed a clean, well-maintained sedan for a specific purpose and wanted a clear process around it, was largely unserved.
We started with three arrangements and a commitment to keeping things simple: one point of contact, honest pricing, and a vehicle that's ready when you are. We haven't deviated from that approach.
Operating from 12 Jalan Hang Tuah in the heart of Melaka, we serve individuals, visiting executives, and small businesses who want a sedan arrangement that runs without friction.

Vehicle Condition Checks
Each vehicle is inspected before and after every arrangement. A written condition report is prepared at handover and return.
Cleaning Protocol
All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned before handover. Multi-day arrangements include scheduled inter-day cleaning as standard.
Insurance & Documentation
Third-party coverage is included in all arrangements. Documentation is prepared clearly and given sufficient time for review before signing.
Data Privacy
Client information is kept confidential and handled in line with applicable Malaysian data protection requirements. No data is shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Responsive Support
During your arrangement, you can reach our team during operating hours. For time-sensitive matters, we aim to respond within the hour.
End-of-Rental Reporting
Weeklong arrangements include a written summary report at close, covering mileage, condition notes, and any agreed actions.
